We are proud Northerners and offer our services to as many locations as possible. As we are based in County Durham, we mainly offer our services to Durham, Teesside, Newcastle, Sunderland, and Northumberland. We will travel further afield if you need our video production help, however, there may be an extra travel charge incurred.

We provide a whole host of video production services and can even offer a bespoke package to suit your occasion or event. Our primary offering is North East wedding videography with a range of packages to capture your big day in the best way. If you need something aside from weddings, we can produce high quality promotional videos for businesses, showreels, event or sports coverage, and stage productions. We have also launched a live streaming service, so your event, wedding, or winning game can be seen around the world. Basically, if you can think it, we can create it.

We like to make our booking process as easy as possible. All you need to do is contact us via our contact page or ping us an email to hello@pyro-media.co.uk. Tell us what kind of service you’d like, any dates involved, and some details about the event/occasion. If you like, we can give you a call or organise a meeting to chat about it in a bit more detail. Once we’ve got an idea of what you need from us, we’ll give you a quote and draft up a contract, then we’re good to go!

Our video production services are based on tailoring a project to suit each client. This means that our prices may vary, depending on what kind of video is needed. For example, a 1 minute promo video for social media will be priced differently to a 5 minute promo video to be shown at an awards ceremony. We take the time to understand every client’s needs and offer a quote that fits their project. For our weddings, we offer a selection of priced packages, but these are flexible and can be tailored to the happy couple. If you need a quote, simply get in touch!

For services with higher price tags, such as weddings, we would take a 20% deposit to secure the date.

We absolutely do! When we film your event, we will use high spec video cameras to capture everything in the best quality possible. We use industry-standard audio technology for crisp sound, and edit everything together with widely-used. We take pride in our work and would never give you a video that we weren’t completely happy with. You can expect professional equipment with incredible results.

At the moment, we do not offer photography. Our primary focus is videography and video production, so we would not be able to provide photos too. However, if you book our platinum wedding package, you will receive stills from the final video, as well as the full video.
